Implementation

Our implementation process is fast and seamless, taking between one to eight weeks depending on the size of your institution and number of workflows.

Do you already have a Student Record System, Financial Software and other third-party applications running within your institution? That’s no problem! PAC Apply seamlessly integrates with any third-party application/software to ensure quick and effective collaboration between departments.

Project Management

Our aim is to improve your operations while making life easier for both the administrator and the applicant. Our project management team will meet with you to discuss your applications needs and goals. We help you install and set-up the platform, build your workflows and create easy to use forms so that everything is fully optimised. We provide in-person training before handing the system over to you, but our assistance doesn’t end there.

Training

PAC aims to deliver full training on our platform for every client.  We offer different levels of training that are customised to the specific knowledge, skills and requirements of your team. 

During the implementation phase your team will receive full training on how to use the system. This can be done face-to-face in your institution, or online,

We also provide online video tutorials, onsite workshops with a member of our customer support teams, as well as comprehensive user guides.
